Mr. Rymek’s extensive experience allows him to provide his clients with a wealth of legal and practical knowledge. As a highly experienced litigator, Mr. Rymek still occasionally provides advice and consultation to both clients and to other attorneys on particularly complex or unusual litigation matters. However, in recent years Mr. Rymek has devoted most of his time to advising and assisting business clients with transactional matters, such as contracts, entity formation and operations, and business sales, mergers, and acquisitions. His diverse background helps him advise his transactional business clients on strategies that can help them avoid needless litigation through advance planning and by structuring smooth and efficient business deals.
